🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook the Vegetables
- Boil or steam vegetables for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender.
- Drain and set aside.
3. Make the Cream Sauce
- Melt butter in a pan on medium heat.
- Add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring.
- Slowly add milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.

- Mix vegetables with the sauce.
