Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites with Icing

These cinnamon sugar biscuit bites are soft, buttery, and coated in sweet cinnamon sugar, then finished with a simple icing drizzle. They taste like mini cinnamon rolls but are much easier to make.

- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
Icing
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

2. Cut the Biscuits
- Separate the biscuit dough.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 small pieces.
3. Coat with Cinnamon Sugar
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Dip biscuit pieces in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
4. Bake
Place the coated pieces in the baking dish and bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
5. Make the Icing
Whisk together:
- powdered sugar
- milk
- vanilla
until smooth.
6. Finish
Drizzle the icing over the warm biscuit bites before serving.
Optional Add-Ins
- Chopped pecans or walnuts
- Caramel drizzle
- Cream cheese glaze instead of icing
- Brown sugar mixed with the cinnamon for deeper flavor
✅ Tip:
Serve them warm so the icing melts slightly and the centers stay soft.
